I've been stuck on doing this for a few days. Always multitasking whenever I was working on it too. Guess I'm not out of my art block yet. x.x
Dang it....I'll never finish that Latios pic I started on ONE MONTH ago now! x.x
Anyway, art of my OC, Illusio, the Blue Spirit of the North. He's a new character(shape-shifter), and I still have things to add on him, but those can come later.
